What's Included
Turnkey Build Specs
Every modular home we deliver is built to real residential code standards. Here's what's included in a standard turnkey build.
All homes go through engineering review and state certification approval before construction begins. Final specs may vary by configuration.
Financing
Financing Options
Multiple paths to ownership. Our team will help you find the right one.
Construction Loans
Finance the build before the home is complete. Converts to a permanent mortgage upon completion. Works well for custom builds with longer timelines.
FHA Loans (Where Eligible)
FHA financing may be available for qualifying buyers and properties. Requires permanent foundation, land ownership, and meeting HUD standards.
Traditional Home Financing
Standard mortgage financing once the home is titled as real property. Best for buyers with land and a permanent foundation.
Cash Purchase
Buy outright — fastest path to move-in. No lender requirements or waiting. Popular for second homes, vacation properties, and investment purchases.
Custom Quote-Based Financing
We review your situation and connect you with the right financing path. Not every buyer fits a standard box — we'll help you find what works.
Disclaimer: Financing approval, loan type, required down payment, land requirements, foundation requirements, and FHA eligibility vary by buyer, property, lender, location, and final home configuration. Consult your lender for full details.
