Foundation Options
Choose the base that works best for your site
Gravel Pad
4–6 inches of compacted crushed stone, slightly larger than the building footprint. This is our most recommended option.
Concrete Slab
A poured concrete pad sized to the building footprint. Must be fully cured before delivery.
Concrete Blocks
Solid concrete blocks or deck blocks placed at corners and every 4 ft along runners. Works on relatively flat sites.
Existing Concrete/Pavers
If you have an existing flat, solid concrete area or paver patio that is level, we can often place directly on it.
